You have won tickets from our radio station!
The venue is not issuing hard paper tickets anymore. So your tickets will be mobile tickets. No printouts will be accepted at entry. Here are instructions on how to redeem your tickets.
Tickets will be distributed through SeatGeek.com. You will need a SeatGeek.com account so we can transfer the tickets into your account.
PLEASE USE THE SAME EMAIL YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH US AS YOUR ACCOUNT EMAIL FOR SEATGEEK
If you do not already have a SeatGeek.com account:
- Go to SeatGeek.com
- Click Log In then Sign Up Here
- Create your SeatGeek.com account
- Make sure you use a VALID email address you HAVE ACCESS to - This email will be used to transfer your tickets into your SeatGeek account
- Be sure to use the same email address we have on file you gave when winning your tickets
- Submit your information INCLUDING your SeatGeek email address in the provided form
- Once your account is created AND we have the tickets in our account (usually one week prior to an event) - we will TRANSFER your tickets into your account
- Once the tickets are transferred you will receive an email to accept the transfer, click through that link on your phone to accept the tickets
- Tickets must be accepted through that email link on mobile - desktop will not work
- You may have to download the SeatGeek app to your phone to display your mobile tickets at the venue

If you already have a SeatGeek.com account:
We will just need the email address associated with your SeatGeek account so we can transfer your tickets to your account, be sure to submit your information INCLUDING your SeatGeek email address in the provided form. You will then need to ACCEPT THE TRANSFER through the link sent to your email address on a mobile device. You may have to download the SeatGeek app to your phone to display your mobile tickets at the venue. SCREENSHOTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO WORK
